If you purchase, renew, or modify any insurance policy through the Platform, you shall be subject to the insurer’s terms and regulatory requirements issued by IRDAI, in addition to these Terms.

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and applicable policies. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Platform Owner, Neviim Insurance Marketing Firm Pvt Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. User Eligibility

“You”, “your”, or “user” refers to any natural or legal person competent to contract under applicable Indian laws and who accesses or uses the Platform for insurance services.

You agree to provide true, accurate, complete and updated information during registration, policy proposal, and payment processes. You shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted.

2. Nature of Services

The Platform allows users to:

• Purchase new insurance policies
• Renew existing insurance policies
• Compare insurance products
• Make premium payments
• Download policy documents
• Raise service and support requests

The Company acts as an Insurance Broker / Intermediary and policy issuance is subject to acceptance by the respective insurance company.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

The Company does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information provided on the Platform. The content is for general guidance and informational purposes only. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

4. Policy Issuance & Payment

Policy issuance is strictly subject to:

• Successful receipt of premium payment
• Verification of proposer details
• Underwriting approval by the insurer (where applicable)

Once issued:

• Policies cannot be cancelled or returned
• Premium is non-refundable, except in case of verified duplicate payment for the same policy number
• Refunds for duplicate payment will be processed as per the Company’s Refund Policy

5. Duplicate Payment & Refund Limitation

Refunds for duplicate payment, if any, will be initiated only after verification. No other refund, cancellation, or return shall be permitted after policy issuance.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content including text, graphics, logos, design and software is owned by the Company and protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Use

• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Interfere with platform security or operations

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain third-party links. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

9. Indemnity

• Incorrect information submitted by you
• Violation of law
• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible for any delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control including natural calamities, government actions, or system failures.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai.
